Capacity Building Officer 

CHP is the Victorian peak body for organisations and individuals with an interest in ending homelessness in Victoria. We are seeking someone with experience in stakeholder engagement and the development and delivery of capacity building activities.

Job description

CHP is involved in a range of activities related to building the capacity of the Specialist Homelessness Sector SHS. The focus of this work is building workforce and organisational readiness.

The Capacity Building Officer will provide support across the range of capacity building activities undertaken by CHP. A key focus of the position will be maximising stakeholder engagement by supporting CHP’s capacity building consultation and communication strategies.

The successful applicant will have experience in developing, organising and delivering training and capacity building activities.

Demonstrated capacity to analyse data and research and an understanding of impact evaluation and outcome frameworks is desirable.

This position will be a full-time one-year appointment with a view to extending subject to funding. The salary range is $80- $85K depending on experience and skills. Salary packaging is available.

Specialist Homelessness Service Transition Planning Project Coordinator

CHP is the Victorian peak body for organisations and individuals with an interest in ending homelessness in Victoria. We are seeking someone with experience delivering complex projects to support the development and implementation of an Industry Transition Plan for the Specialist Homelessness Sector (SHS).

Job description

The SHS Transition Planning Project Coordinator will be responsible for the development of a SHS Transition Plan and the delivery of related activities.

The successful applicant will have proven project management skills and a demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training and capacity building activities.

Experience in the design, implementation and evaluation of industry planning projects is desirable

This position will be a full-time one-year appointment with a view to extending subject to funding. The salary range is $85- $90K depending on experience and skills. Salary packaging is available.
