Lived Experience Strategic Projects Lead
Help drive systemic change and elevate lived experience voices across Victoria’s homelessness sector. This role will play a central part in co-designing and delivering a statewide Lived Experience Strategic Action Plan, working alongside lived experience communities, SHS organisations, government partners, and CHP’s own Lived Experience Programs. Lived Experience Register and Strengthening Project Lead
We’re seeking a skilled and values-driven Project Lead to shape a statewide initiative that elevates the voices and leadership of people with lived experience (LE) of homelessness. In this role, you’ll lead the design and development of a Lived Experience (LE) Register—connecting LE experts with opportunities to influence policy, programs, and community understanding. You’ll also co-design a capability and strengthening program that supports people with lived experience participation and change leadership across the sector.
