Project Lead – Bridging the Gap Phase Two
Bridging the Gap is a collaborative project between Council to Homeless Persons and Safe and Equal that seeks to improve alignment, collaboration, and outcomes between the Specialist Homelessness Services sector and Specialist Family Violence services. The Project Lead is responsible for the design, coordination, and delivery of Phase 2 of the Bridging the Gap project. The role will work with CHP and SaE to operationalise the agreed scope, guide collaborative inquiry across sectors, and translate learning into actionable outputs that support improved cross-sector practice.
