Walk In Her Shoes

Now touring across Victoria.

Council to Homeless Persons is proud to present exhibition and forum series, Walk In Her Shoes.

This touring, immersive exhibition tells the story of three women who experienced homelessness at different stages of life – as a youth, as a mother, and as an older Victorian – and explores the responses that gave them the safety and security to rebuild their lives.

A local forum at each stop on the tour brings together the community with homelessness practitioners, people with lived experience of homelessness, and state and local politicians.

The initiative is presented in partnership with MAV, CISVIC and local government partners in each region.
