In 2019, Victoria is the economic success story of Australia. Hundreds of thousands of new jobs have been created, unemployment is at record lows and our population continues to grow. These successes mean that many Victorians are doing well. However, not every Victorian benefits equally. Those who have not seen their incomes grow face greater competition than ever in the rental market.
