Victoria stands at the precipice of an enormous opportunity to end homelessness. As we implement and anticipate the results of Victoria’s Big Housing Build, sustaining a reduction in homelessness will require a continued supply of social housing, longer-term supports that keep people well, and prevention to stop new entries into homelessness. This budget submission seeks to leverage the successes of 2020, to orient support where it’s needed most.
