Victoria’s Big Housing Build, and the 10 year social and affordable housing strategy that accompany it, represent an enormous opportunity both to grow the social housing stock and to meet significant unmet needs in the community. The dearth of social housing in this State is the cause of great social harm. Growing the social housing stock must be the core aim of the ten year social and affordable housing strategy.
