Response to Social Housing Regulatory Review Consultation Paper 2: Service Delivery and Tenant Experience

In this submission, CHP calls for a range of mechanisms to be implemented to support consistency, transparency, and consumer-directed service provision.

We seek to identify changes that would allow Victoria’s social housing system to better meet the needs of those who are ill-placed to sustain private housing.
