Response to the Residential Tenancies Act Regulatory Impact Statement

While recognising that all aspects of the Regulatory Impact Statement will have impacts on homelessness, we have limited our response to those which have the greatest or most direct effect on homelessness. In this submission we first address the matters with the most immediate impact on homelessness (the definition of temporary crisis accommodation, and the prescribed forms) before working through the remaining proposals in the order they have been set out in the RIS.
