Specialist Homelessness Sector Workforce Development Strategy 2020–2025

A priority goal of the SHS Transition Plan is to Build a SHS workforce development strategy. 

To action this goal, Precision Consultancy was engaged to develop a SHS Workforce Development Strategy, which included four phases: research leading to the development of the SHS Workforce Development Strategy Discussion Paper; consultation on the discussion paper and development of a draft strategy; validation of the draft; and finalisation of the strategy.

The SHS Workforce Development Strategy has now been completed and was launched at the CHP Annual General meeting on 25 November 2020.
